Description Rectangular dark brown leather suturing kit (in fragments) with snap flap closure, owned by Ida Gardner and her husband, William J. Gardner, Sr., or their parents, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Kit contains forceps, director, scalpel, tweezers, and an envelope of size 12/ 20 inch catgut sold by "Noyes Bros. & Cutler, St. Paul, Minn.", probably late nineteenth century.
