Ribbon badge used by Clara Ueland (Mrs. Andreas Ueland), of Minnesota as a delegate during the 1916 National Suffrage Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The badge consists of a yellow silk satin ribbon suspended from a gilt cast-metal name-tag holder.
